All Video Downloader
Effective date: 2026-11-05 · Terms of Use
This privacy policy is applicable to the All Video Downloader app
(package com.zentravyx.videodownloader) for mobile devices (the "Application"), operated by
Zentravyx LLC. Zentravyx LLC is hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider".
Data Controller Information
Zentravyx LLC acts as the Data Controller responsible for the processing of your personal data.
- Name: Zentravyx LLC
- Address: 208 N 29th St Ste 201, Billings, MT 59101-1926, United States
- Email: app.info@zentravyx.com
For data protection inquiries and to exercise your GDPR rights, please contact the Data Controller using the contact information above.
What does the Application do?
The Application is a web browser with a built-in download manager and media player. You paste a link or browse to a page, the Application detects media files that the page loads, and you can save a file to your device and play it offline. The Application does not require you to create an account or register.
The Service Provider does not operate a server for browsing or downloading. Pages are opened and files are fetched directly by your device from the website concerned. Your links, browsing history, and downloaded files are not uploaded to the Service Provider.
What information stays on your device?
The following is created and stored locally by the Application. The Service Provider does not receive it.
- Browsing data — open tabs, bookmarks, and browsing history (page address, title, and visit time; up to 500 entries). You can delete bookmarks and clear history in the Application.
- Website cookies and logins — the built-in browser keeps cookies and site data, including third-party cookies, like any other browser. If you sign in to a website, that session is kept on your device and is also used when the Application loads a link you paste. Your sign-in details go directly to that website; the Application's page scripts do not read them.
- Downloaded files and download records — your files, their thumbnails, and a record of each download (file name, link, source page, size, status, and playback position). Cookies your browser holds for a website may be used to fetch a file. They are not saved in your download records, but may be held temporarily in the Application's private storage while a download is in progress.
- Private Folder data — files you move to the Private Folder, and a SHA-256 hash of your 4-digit PIN. If you use fingerprint or face unlock, Android performs the check and the Application only learns whether it succeeded; it never receives your biometric data.
- Settings and usage counters — language, theme, download preferences, your daily download count, your Remove Ads purchase status, and the timing used to pace ads and prompts.
Download/VideoDownloader folder, where
your gallery and other apps with storage access may be able to see them. Private Folder files are hidden
from the gallery and protected by the app lock, but they are not encrypted.
The Application's local data is excluded from Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer. Your history, bookmarks, settings, and Private Folder files are not restored after you reinstall the Application or move to a new device. Files in the public Download folder are managed by your device and are not part of this exclusion.
What happens when you browse the web?
- Websites you visit receive what any browser sends, such as your IP address, cookies, and device and browser details, and they may use their own trackers. Each website's own privacy policy applies, and the Service Provider does not control or receive this information.
- Media detection — the Application runs scripts in the pages you open to find video, audio, and image files and the page's title and thumbnail. This takes place on your device, and the results are not sent to the Service Provider. To check a file's size, the Application may send a request to the website hosting it.
- Searches — text you enter that is not a web address is sent to Google Search.
- Website icons — to display site icons in history, bookmarks, and tabs, the Application requests them from Google's favicon service, which receives the website's domain name.
- Trending Videos — thumbnails shown on the Home screen are loaded from the third-party servers that host them, which can see your IP address.
How does the Application use device permissions and features?
- Internet and network state — to load pages, download files, serve ads, and detect when you are offline.
- Notifications — to show download progress and completion. You can turn these off in the Application or in your device settings.
- Storage — requested only on older Android versions, to write downloads to the public Download folder.
- Biometrics — optional, to unlock the Private Folder.
- Clipboard — read only when you tap a Paste button, to fill in the link. It is not sent to the Service Provider.
The Application does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, call logs, or location, and does not scan other files on your device.
What information does the Application collect automatically?
The Application and its third-party SDKs collect certain information automatically, which is sent to the services listed in this policy rather than to a server of the Service Provider:
- the type of mobile device you use, your operating system and app version, language, and IP address;
- your Advertising ID (GAID) on Android devices, and ad interaction data;
- usage events, such as app opens and screens used, ad requests and impressions, paywall views, purchase events, and rating prompt responses;
- crash reports and diagnostics, including a random installation identifier created by the Application, the screen in use, and technical error details.
These analytics events are not designed to include the links you open, the pages you browse, or the names of your files. Technical details in a crash report could, in rare cases, incidentally contain part of a web address.
The Service Provider uses Firebase Remote Config to adjust settings of the Application (such as the daily free download limit, ad placements, the Trending Videos list, and feature flags) without an update. The installation identifier is random and is not linked to your name, email address, or other directly identifying information.
Legal basis for processing your personal data
Where the GDPR applies, the Service Provider relies on one or more lawful bases to process your personal data, including:
- Contract performance: processing necessary to provide the Application or deliver a purchase you make.
- Consent: where you have given consent, including for personalized advertising. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
- Legitimate interests: such as keeping the Application stable and secure, diagnosing crashes, and improving the Application through analytics, provided those interests are not overridden by your data protection rights or fundamental freedoms.
- Legal obligation: to comply with laws or government requests.
Cookies and similar technologies
Websites you open in the built-in browser may set cookies, as described above. The Application's third-party SDKs may also use SDK storage, identifiers, and similar technologies to support advertising, analytics, and service delivery. Where required by law, consent is requested before non-essential tracking technologies are used.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not request location permission and does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. Advertising and analytics providers may infer an approximate location from your IP address.
Does the Application use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies?
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
In-App Purchases
The Application offers an optional one-time Remove Ads purchase. All payments are processed by Google Play Billing. The Service Provider does not collect or store your credit card number, bank details, or other payment information. The Application checks your purchase with Google Play on your device and stores the resulting status locally. Anonymous purchase events, such as a completed purchase or a cancelled checkout, are recorded in analytics as described above.
Advertising
The Application is supported by ads shown to users who have not purchased Remove Ads, including app open, interstitial, native, banner, and rewarded ads. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may select an ad from mediation partners: Unity Ads, Pangle, InMobi, and AppLovin. These providers may use your Advertising ID and automatically collected device information to serve, measure, and where permitted personalize ads, as described in their privacy policies.
In regions where it is required, the Application shows a consent form through Google's User Messaging Platform before requesting ads. Where available, you can review your choice at any time in Settings › Privacy choices. You can also reset your Advertising ID or limit ad personalization in your device settings.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Besides the websites you choose to visit, automatically collected information is shared with the service providers below to operate, analyze, and monetize the Application. Each has its own Privacy Policy:
- Google Play Services and Google Play Billing
- AdMob
- Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Remote Config
- Unity Ads
- Pangle
- InMobi
- AppLovin
If you email the Service Provider, or send feedback through the rating prompt, your email address and message are used to respond to you. The Service Provider may disclose information it holds:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when it believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with trusted service providers who work on its behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to appropriate data protection obligations.
International Data Transfers
The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where such transfers occur, the Service Provider will use an appropriate transfer mechanism required by GDPR Chapter V.
- Adequacy decisions by the European Commission
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- Other safeguards or derogations recognized under GDPR Chapter V, including consent where legally permitted
Countries outside the EEA may not provide the same level of data protection as the EEA.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling does not automatically delete information already transmitted to third-party service providers.
You can also change your ad choices in Settings › Privacy choices (where available), reset or limit your Advertising ID in your device settings, and turn off notifications.
What is the data retention policy and how can you manage your information?
- Local data stays on your device until you delete it. Delete files, bookmarks, and history in the Application. To remove all local app data, including website cookies and logins, use Android Settings › Apps › All Video Downloader › Storage › Clear storage, or uninstall the Application.
- Uninstalling or clearing storage permanently deletes Private Folder files, so move out anything you want to keep first. Files already saved in the public Download folder are not removed automatically; delete them with your file manager if you no longer want them.
- Automatically collected data is retained for up to 24 months from collection, unless longer retention is required for legal compliance or security purposes. Third-party service providers apply their own retention periods.
- Support emails are retained as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal requirements.
Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data by emailing app.info@zentravyx.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Because the Application has no accounts, the Service Provider cannot identify your installation from your email address alone and may ask for further details to locate data linked to it. The Service Provider cannot access or delete data stored on your device; use the steps above for that. Requests are processed within the timeframes required by applicable law.
How does the Application address children's privacy?
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or where a higher age of digital consent is established under applicable law (for example, 16 in parts of the EEA). The built-in browser can open websites across the internet and does not filter their content. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
How is your information kept secure?
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding your information and limits what it collects: browsing data and files remain on your device, and communication with its analytics and configuration services is encrypted. Websites you open may use unencrypted HTTP, in which case traffic to that website is not encrypted; check the address before entering sensitive information. Other people with access to your unlocked device may be able to see the Application's content. No security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, the Service Provider will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by applicable law. Where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, the Service Provider will also notify you without undue delay where it is able to do so.
How will you be informed of changes to this Privacy Policy?
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect. Previous versions are available upon request.
